A cozy stay near the concert

The room was very clean and relaxing, which helped us recharge after the concert.

One staff member at checkout was quite rude and unhelpful when I inquired about my bill. This left a sour note on an otherwise pleasant stay.

The rooms are beautifully maintained and updated with excellent jacuzzi tub and a king bed, for example. Staff is helpful and you can park your car on-site.

It was just a fine choice for a couple of nights in Windsor with extraordinarily good value for money. Breakfast was great, a nice surprise to start the day. Keep the window closed if street noise bothers you at night.

Everything here was good and my room was updated. The room I booked was updated and clean and available with excellent jacuzzi tub and a king bed, as example. The location was favourable, the staff were excellent! There were variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. Enjoyed this excellent stay for a night.

A solid choice for couples on a budget

The place was clean, super glad about it. The staff at the front desk were friendly, like, really helpful, made everything smoother.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for.

Location to casino

Upon check-in; clerk forgot to return my Driver's License (fortunately next morning before leaving room; I wanted to make sure I had it ready for Customs to return to U.S.) and it was at the desk. But what confused me; when we returned home, there was a voice mail on my home phone from the desk clerk, left the night before, that he had my drivers license! We were awaken @2:30 AM to police sirens; 5 police cars and vans outside window! Polcie were there for a long while; packing young boys/kids in the police vans. They were blocking our only way out should we of wanted to leave! During the time a fire engine w/sirens goes flying down street. Shower grout had mold; we each almost slipped in tub due to the slip-free strips were coming off...

Convienence of check-in. Cleanliness and comfort of room.

Breakfast was skimpy. Choices were cereal; toast; bagel; cresent roll; orange juice and coffee.

As a solo traveler, I appreciated the engaging staff, especially at breakfast, who added a personal touch to my mornings.

I had booked three rooms and two of which were not ready for occupancy until 7:00 oclock!!!!

Overall had wonderful stay for a 1 day business trip. Loved the family room with a king bed, excellent jacuzzi tub, for example I was given. The staff were welcoming and personable too. The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Caesars Windsor Casino. The hotel was in a quiet area.

Positive, Great location near bars and restaurants. The room had a nice bathroom and comfy bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was fresh and well-managed. Enjoyable stay.

Nice and decent spot. Clean and comfortable. Pretty basic and simple, but provided exactly what I wanted for the price. Great location too; I was attending a conference downtown and all the other hotels were booked but this was only a 7-minute walk or so to the harbourfront and very near the main downtown streets and other hotels where events were happening. Staff seemed quite busy but were nice and helpful. For the price and location, quite worthwhile; I'd stay here again. But again it's basic and bare-bones so don't come if you're looking for anything fancy or special.

The 'free continental breakfast' was basically dry cereal and some tiny squished plain muffins with a carton of juice and coffee. I wasn't actually intending to rely on it anyhow, so that didn't bother me, but just a warning - you'll probably want something more substantial.

The breakfast was simple and tasteless. What bothered me most of all was that everything was served only with disposable plastic dishes.
